Processing of starch

The main steps of the process are performed in the following machines:

• Continuous ringlayer mixer CoriMix®
  Continuous high-performance mixer with a focus on distribution of liquids throughout powdered carrier substances.
• Ploughshare® Mixer for batch mode and continuous operation
  Mixing of powdered recipe components, if required with addition of liquids, under atmospheric conditions.
• DRUVATHERM® reactor and vacuum shovel dryer DRUVATHERM®
  Generates reactions in homogeneous and heterogeneous phases in basically any combination (solid/liquid/gaseous).
• Continuous granulation dryer
  Continuously operating reactor/dryer/heater specialised, among other things, on gentle thermal treatment of bulk products.
